Pixel Flora was an interactive art exhibit created by Ross Macartney, it was exhibited during the Zoetropia 3 Art Show held at SCAD Atlanta in May 2019.

The interactive project invited guests to interact with a motion sensor device that would capture the participants hand movements. As they would move their hand the background of the projected flower would change from red to blue and then back.

Pixel Flora utilized technology to deliver the one of a kind experience, this technology included a LEAP Motion Controller to capture the movements of the guest, MODUL8 to program the hand movements to change the color and MADMAPPER to projection map the canvas to display the flower.
